Medical Rescue Operations

Medical techniques and procedures designed specifically for the tactical environment.  CORETAC Medical Rescue Operations training courses are designed for first responders, soldiers, and citizens operating in austere environments.

  • TACTICAL COMBAT CASUALTY CARE

    Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) operations and tactics specific to the law enforcement professional, military soldier, and first responder.

    The content of this course is certified by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians and follows all standard levels of care as dictated by the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care.

    Course content:

    • Self aid
    • Buddy aid
    • Casevac and medevac tactics
    • Care under fire
    • Tourniquet use and application
    • Hemostatic dressing use
    • Force-on-force training
    • Rigging and rescue techniques

    NOTE: This course is restricted to current, retired, or reserve status law enforcement, military, or first responder personnel only.  Proof of ID and verification of status is required to register for this course.

  • CASUALTY MANAGEMENT

    This course is designed for persons involved in environmental conditions where there is a likelyhood of casualty or injury occurances.  Travellers, heads-of-families, neighborhood leaders, or prepared citizens should take this course to acheive a greater understanding on techniques to survive in austere environments where formal medical care may be delayed.

COURSE RESTRICTIONS:

These courses are open to U.S. citizens only. 

TCCC training involves extensive force-on-force scenarios. 

All participants should be in good physical health.
